Problem: When i tried to generate Lexus es350 key today Autel KM100 is giving me error. I used the Autel Toyota key but not able to. Anyone know why? Solution: You’re using the wrong key. That key has an 8A chip in it not a super chip. This Autel Toyota ikey can be used to generate Toyota 8A remote ONLY. CANNOT generate Toyota 4A or other chips. The proximity you’re trying to generate uses a 4D chip. Can’t generate a 4D chip onto an 8a chip. Use one of these Autel standard smart keys. It works fine for 4D.

Autel KM100 Add 2019- Lexus ES300H Smart Key by OBD

How to add 2019-2022/2023 Lexus ES300h smart key with Autel KM100 ? Go to Lexus- selection region, here Europe- manual selection- ES300h- 2018/08 onwards- Control Unit- Keyless System- Keyless System (CAN). Back up Immo data Turn hazard warning lights on and off once, press the Start/Stop button 5 times and keep the ignition off. Back up via OBD. Turn off Bluetooth connection. Connect KM100 with vehicle via USB cable. Back up immo data successfully. Select Add smart key. Turn on the ignition Confirm VIN. Turn ignition off and turn on hazard warning light. Select the eeprom data you have backed up. Step 1: Keep a programmed key close to the start button, the buzzer will keep once. Step 2: Keep the unprogrammed key close to the start button, buzzer will keep twice.

Autel KM100 Cannot Charge Battery Solution

Dead Autel km100 solution. If the battery is fully discharged and cannot be charged and turned on anymore, open km100, disconnect battery and attach power 4.2-4.4v directly to battery terminals + and -. Keep it for 10-15 min. Then assemble all together, connect Charger to usb-c and it will work again. I use Dc power adapter with output 4.2v 500ma. This must override the battery sense circuit. Since, the battery is fully discharged, the sensor cannot detect battery presense.
