Autel KM100 program BMW 7 series E66 2003 key successfully. You can add keys or all lost keys with no problem. You can do both it’s the same procedure.
Menu path:
Manual selection->7 Series-> 2000/02- 2008/07 E66->Control Unit-> CAS2 Immobilizer->Program key-> Program OBD

For CAS3 and CAS4 you will need IM508 or IM608.
